Wild Harvest Videos, Inc., is a successful company now marketing three award-winning DVDs on the care and cooking of game, fish and seafood.

The company was the brainchild of Rita Chiappetta whose energy and imagination propelled the firm to national prominence. All DVDs were produced by Jerry Chiappetta who is seen here with Rita and their "staff" -- Birdie, Moe Moe and Gracie – who sniff out new business.

Their award-winning wild game and fish programs with Chef Milos Cihelka have been used as educational training materials at the American Culinary Federation where future chefs are trained. Their programs have won high praise from the nation's cooking editors and outdoor writers. "From the field to the feast, nobody does a better job of showing sportsmen how to care for and prepare gamebirds than Chef Milos," said Pheasants Forever reviewer Ben Streitz.
